BACKGROUND:  I have lost roughly 6 pounds of fat since starting Sonki Fitness in August, and my confidence has shot through the roof as I feel more in control of my movements. My balance and endurance have increased drastically as well.

What is your current exercise routine?  I do Sonki Fitness Boot Camp three times a week. Also, I alternate between cardio in the form of running with occasional HIIT routines and weight lifting using higher repetitions (<15), I achieve muscle failure with every set and will slow down my eccentric movements on my last two reps to ensure that.

What is your motivation to stay in shape?  Being in shape gives me full confidence in my appearance and has been great for my mental health as well.

What is your greatest challenge to staying in shape?  Having consistency to progress with the exercises in my workouts without my exercising routine feeling too dull or repetitive.

What is your key to success?  Perpetration, punctuality, and an outstanding attitude.

What do you like about Sonki Fitness Boot Camp and how has it affected your life?  Sonki Fitness is a fitness club in which like minded individuals are able to get healthy together like no other. It’s a great community I take pride in being a part of.

What advice would you give to others about fitness?  Be consistent. The hardest part is building discipline. Even if you start out with a 10 minute walk, you’ll find it gets easier every day. You’ll find yourself building on that and before you know it you’ll be running marathons!

Any other comments?  Health is wealth.
