HOBBIES:  Gymnastics, archery, aerial silks, and playing games with friends and family.

BACKGROUND:  My parents started out with Sonki a long time ago, but I joined during the pandemic, and I was small, I was like 10, and it was, and still is HARD. But, I have to admit that it is rewarding when you’ve finished your workout, just thinking back and knowing that I just did that gives me motivation to get in shape & do more of this stuff in the future, and I know I may sound crazy, but eat a little less chocolate. I know, crazy. But yeah, Emoji

What is your current exercise routine?  I am on a gymnastics team and practice three times a week. I also practice archery and aerial silks once a week and I run a mile at school every Monday. And I work out with Sonki every week!

What is your motivation to stay in shape?  To be strong and continue to be the fastest girl in the mile run in my PE class.

What is your greatest challenge to staying in shape?  Procrastination and my love of chocolate/ice cream/anything sweet.

What is your key to success?  Doing fitness activities that I enjoy.

What do you like about Sonki Fitness Boot Camp and how has it affected your life?  I like to do fun exercises with fun people, who teach me stuff, like…like…stuff.

What advice would you give to others about fitness?  Do fitness activities that are fun! If you want to do gymnastics, but you’re doing tennis, do gymnastics! E voila! Just do fun stuff that also helps your fitness! Yay!
