BACKGROUND:  I’ve always been active but over recent years have fallen into a more sedentary lifestyle due to work. Sonki Fitness has helped me get back to exercising regularly and being active, and as a result, my mental and physical health has improved dramatically.  

What is your current exercise routine?  I do Sonki Fitness during the week and then a mix of golf and hiking over the weekends. Lots of walks with Murray throughout the week as well. 

What is your motivation to stay in shape?  To stay healthy and combat the strain that sitting at a desk puts on my body each day.

What is your greatest challenge to staying in shape?  Time! There’s never enough time in the day to do everything, but it’s important to prioritize health. 

What is your key to success?  Hard work and discipline.

What do you like about Sonki Fitness Boot Camp and how has it affected your life?  Sonki Fitness has helped me realize that working out in the mornings has a positive impact not only physically but also on my mood and stress throughout the day. I like the community that comes along with Sonki Fitness and enjoy spending mornings with everyone in the class! 

What advice would you give to others about fitness?  Prioritize health and fitness as early as possible!
