What is your current exercise routine?  Sonki Fitness, stretching, sit-ups, and walking 4 – 5 miles a day.

What is your motivation to stay in shape?  To look good in my bathing suit and clothes.

What is your greatest challenge to staying in shape?  My fondness for ice cream, chocolate deserts, and buttered popcorn.

What is your key to success?  Always staying positive no matter what life brings at me.

What do you like about Sonki Fitness Boot Camp and how has it affected your life?  I love the beautiful setting of Sonki Fitness overlooking the beach and ocean. We’ve seen some amazing sunsets while working out. Also, I love the positive and fun environment of Sonki Fitness. People are so nice, friendly, and supportive, which makes working out so much more fun. Sonki Fitness got me in great shape in no time! I would encourage everyone to try it regardless of what your age or fitness level is because you can go at your own pace.

What advice would you give to others about fitness?  Try to start out your day with stretching, drink lots of water throughout the day, play uplifting music, eat right, exercise, get plenty of sleep, and smile and laugh a lot!
