HOBBIES: Skiing and absolutely anything that takes me to the mountains.
BACKGROUND: I grew up a competitive athlete, so competition and fitness were a huge part of my life. However, as I left competitive athletics, I found myself struggling to stay fit and exercising regularly. Luckily, I found Sonki Fitness several months ago, and it’s brought back the competitive drive to stay on top of my fitness again. Sonki’s total body fitness approach has me feeling stronger and faster. It feels great to be back on the fitness regime and feeling coached.
What is your current exercise routine? Sonki Fitness during the week and running on weekends.
What is your motivation to stay in shape? It is like meditation to me.
What is your greatest challenge to staying in shape? Time. That is why I do the 6:30 am class.
What is your key to success? Doing it but not over doing it. I tend to over do it when I first start. Sonki sets the routine, I get to push as much as I want.
What do you like about Sonki Fitness Boot Camp and how has it affected your life? Great people. Great workout. Makes for a great outlook!
What advice would you give to others about fitness? Make sure what you are doing is fun so that you will keep doing it.
