CLASSES


SONKI FITNESS BOOT CAMP
is an outdoor fitness training program designed to condition the entire body and mind.  The main focus of the program is to improve total body fitness while having fun outdoors. 
 


  • It is 5-weeks long (1 hour per class) and designed for all ages and levels
  • Our basic methodology includes strength training, aerobic exercises, muscle toning, agility drills, flexibility improvement, and even some fun games. 
  • Specially designed to challenge everyone (regardless of fitness level), it allows you to push the limits at your own pace. 
  • The environment is very positive and friendly, and unlike other boot camps there is no yelling or screaming
  • Two things you can expect from Sonki Fitness Boot Camp are solid results and fun!   
 

There are 3 PROGRAMS to choose from depending on your level and lifestyle:

Weekend Warrior Training

There are 9 LOCATIONS in the Los Angeles area to choose from:

BASIC TRAINING UNLIMITED TRAINING WEEKEND WARRIOR TRAINING
DESCRIPTION For anyone who wants to get in top shape, have fun, and meet some cool people. Everyone will be challenged appropriately and see great results.  Workouts vary to keep things fun and interesting. Same as Basic Training except you get unlimited access to all the classes offered (Mon thru Sat at all locations). For those too busy to workout during the week or already with a solid fitness routine and want to augment.  The focus of the class is total body fitness with an emphasis on having fun (hiking, etc.).
FREQUENCY

3 days a week (Mon, Wed, Fri) OR 2 days a week (Tue, Thu) for 5 weeks (1 hour per class)

SANTA MONICA
Class times are 6:30am, 8:30am, 6:30pm on Mon/Wed/Fri.

BEVERLY HILLS
Class times is 6:30pm on Tue/Thu.

HOLLYWOOD
Class times is 6:30pm on Tue/Thu.

PASADENA
Class time is 6:30am on Mon/Wed.

PLAYA VISTA
Class times are 6:30am & 6:30pm on Mon/Wed/Fri.

STUDIO CITY
Class time is 6:30am on Tue/Thu.

WESTWOOD
Class time is 6:30am on Tue/Thu.
